Clubhouse Yoga meets at 6 Salisbury Hill Blvd in Worcester every Wednesday from 6-7pm. Props (blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters) are available; however, please bring your own mat if you have one. Class is free, but donations are gratefully accepted!

It's my birthday!

Let's hang out together after practice on 12/11 and share a meal! I'll bring a big pot of vegetarian minestrone & some nice bread from the bakery. You bring a bowl and whatever you want to drink. It won't be a late night - we'll probably be done by 7:45-8. See you then!
